There are three main areas in the English Language Arts curriculum: reading and viewing; writing and representing; and speaking and listening. Using a variety of approaches, I try to instill within my students a love for English Language Arts and assist them to develop the literacy skills that are essential for communication in our dynamic and increasingly digital world.

How do my stories shape who I am and challenge me to think critically about my view of the world?

~ Written and visual piece (personal narrative or memoir)
